Built by Players, Grounded in Resilience
Glitch Guild was founded by disabled entrepreneur Cristian Brownlee, recipient of the Stelios Disabled Entrepreneur Award, founder of Adapt Ability (featured on BBC's Dragons' Den), and co-author of adaptive sciences research presented at the 76th International Astronautical Congress. Navigating physical limitations in corporate and technical fields prompted Cristian to channel decades of business resilience and competitive gaming passion into creating an independent retail sanctuary for tabletop players.
Today, the store operates as a community project supported by a transparent retail engine. Money is not our primary optimisation target: our focus is on building a fair, welcoming home for tabletop players, backed by the financial discipline required to keep the project thriving permanently.
Why 'Glitch Guild'?
The name 'Glitch' was carried over from earlier social-impact ventures because the spirit never changed: whether you are overcoming physical limitations in daily life or hunting for a secret rare that defies standard pull rates, an anomaly breaking through conventional boundaries is something worth celebrating.
Our emblem reflects that exact principle. The sphere represents the predictable system: mass-market drop rates and mirror-match tournament decks. The wing breaking free is the glitch: the rogue deck tech, the alternate art, or the clutch top-deck against all odds.
