Our platform features a proprietary loyalty economy that allows registered users to earn REP through purchases, referrals, and tournament participation. REP can be redeemed for store credit discounts and unlocks VIP access tiers. Because this programme involves virtual balances, referral bonuses, and tier maintenance, it operates under its own strict regulatory framework outlined below.

Section 01

Earning & Redeeming

How to accrue and spend your REP balances.

1. Earning REP

  • Purchases: Registered users earn 5 REP for every £1.00 spent on eligible items.
  • Exclusions: REP is not earned on shipping costs. If an order is partially or fully paid for using a REP discount, no new REP will be accrued on the discounted portion of that transaction. Glitch Guild Ltd reserves the right to exclude specific products or categories from earning REP at our sole discretion.
  • Guest Accounts: Orders placed via guest checkout will accrue pending REP. To claim this balance, the user must create a registered account and manually claim the order to retroactively apply the pending REP to their balance.
  • Events: REP may be awarded as prize support or participation rewards for physical and digital tournaments hosted by Glitch Guild Ltd.

2. Redeeming REP

  • Conversion Rate: 100 REP equates to a £1.00 discount at checkout.
  • Usage: Customers may use their available REP balance to cover up to 100 percent of their cart total, including shipping costs.
  • Limitations: REP is strictly non-transferable between user accounts. REP holds no inherent cash value and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or exchanged for fiat currency under any circumstances.

Referrals & VIP

Bonus mechanics, fraud prevention, and VIP ranks.

!3. Referrals and Anti-Fraud Measures

  • Referral Bonuses: Registered users may earn a 300 REP bonus when a referred friend completes their first purchase using the user's unique referral link. To qualify for this bonus, the referred friend's first order must exceed £5.00 in value. Additional REP lump sums may be awarded for reaching specific referral milestones.
  • Fraud Prevention: Referral bonuses will be voided if the same payment method is used across both the referrer's and the referred friend's accounts. Glitch Guild Ltd reserves the absolute right to revoke accrued REP, void referrals, and permanently ban accounts found to be manipulating, abusing, or circumventing the referral system.

✓4. VIP Ranks and Perks

  • Lifetime REP: A user's standing within the Guild is determined by their total Lifetime REP accrued.
  • Tiers:
    • Initiate (0 to 499 REP)
    • Scout (500 to 1,499 REP): Unlocks VIP Access
    • Journeyman (1,500 to 4,999 REP)
    • Adept (5,000 to 9,999 REP)
    • Vanguard (10,000 to 24,999 REP)
    • Guild Knight (25,000 to 49,999 REP)
    • Guildmaster (50,000+ REP)
  • VIP Access: Achieving Scout rank or higher grants VIP Status, which includes access to exclusive sealed product drops, monthly giveaways, and restricted Discord roles.
  • Rank Maintenance: While VIP status is generally permanent once achieved, Glitch Guild Ltd reserves the right to revoke perks or demote user ranks in the event of prolonged account inactivity or breaches of our community rules.
Section 03

Adjustments & Termination

Refund handling, admin adjustments, and closure of the programme.

5. Refunds, Adjustments, and Forfeiture

  • Refunds: If an order is cancelled or refunded, any REP earned from that specific transaction will be automatically deducted from the user's balance. Any REP spent to discount that cancelled order will be refunded to the user's account.
  • Administrative Discretion: Glitch Guild Ltd retains the right to manually add or remove REP from any account at our discretion, including for customer service resolutions, promotional activities, or the correction of system errors.
  • Account Termination: If a user is permanently banned from the platform for egregious violations of our Terms of Service, their entire REP balance will be instantly and permanently forfeited without compensation.

6. Programme Modification and Termination

  • Modifications: Glitch Guild Ltd reserves the right to alter the REP earning rate, adjust the redemption conversion value, or modify any rules of the REP programme at any time to protect the financial stability of the business.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the Reputation (REP) programme entirely. In the event of programme closure, Glitch Guild Ltd will provide users with 30 days written notice to redeem their accrued balances, after which all remaining REP will be permanently voided.
