Curated Mystery Packs & Custom Bundles
Our mystery packs and card bundles are built directly from our live physical inventory using an automated warehouse fulfilment system. To protect all collectors from pack tampering, card weighing, and card swapping, these products feature strict security seals and guaranteed minimum rarity distributions.
Assembly & Integrity
How packs are assembled from genuine physical inventory with strict quality standards.
1. Live-Stock On-Demand Fulfilment
- Our packs aren't pre-assembled boxes sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Instead, each pack manifest is generated when your order is placed, drawing directly from our active physical single-card stock.
- By purchasing a Mystery Pack, Value Bundle, or Master Vault Box, you are purchasing a curated selection of genuine trading cards picked and packed at our Kent facility.
2. Automated Selection & Impartial Fulfilment
- To ensure complete impartiality and eliminate human bias or cherry-picking, our catalogue software automatically assigns cards matching the published rarity slots for each series.
- Order Verification: Warehouse staff pull the exact physical cards generated on the packing slip into protective sleeves and tamper-evident packaging. Digital verification records are kept for every order to ensure fulfilment accuracy.
- Zero-Duplicate Guarantee: We don't like pulling duplicate cards in the same pack, and we know you don't either. Our system enforces strict deduplication across all rarity slots within each individual pack.

3. Guaranteed Rarity Distributions
- Guaranteed Card Slots: Every 14-card pack guarantees a balanced spread of rarities (commons, uncommons, a rare or higher slot, plus a guaranteed foil card).
- Live Chase Showcase: Featured chase cards displayed on the storefront are genuine physical singles held in our vault. When all featured chase cards in a series have been allocated, the drop is automatically marked as sold out to ensure you're never buying into a depleted pool.
- Master Box Guarantees: Where a larger bundle guarantees a premium upgrade (such as a guaranteed Hot Pack within a 36-Pack Master Vault Box), this upgrade is automatically fulfilled as part of the order manifest.
4. Card Condition Standards
Because cards are drawn from genuine collections and player buylists, our official baseline guarantee across all mystery pack singles is "Excellent condition". While the vast majority of our inventory is Near Mint or Mint, older vintage cards may occasionally show minor natural edge wear consistent with their age.

5. 14-Day Sealed Product Return Policy
- In accordance with UK Consumer Rights for collectible goods, you may return any mystery pack or custom bundle within 14 days of delivery, provided the outer packaging and Glitch Guild tamper-evident security seals remain completely intact and unopened.
- To protect the collector community from card weighing, searching, or swapping, returns cannot be accepted once security seals have been broken or altered.
