Mystery Products and Dynamically Generated Goods
Our mystery packs and algorithmic bundles operate under a proprietary, dynamically generated fulfilment system featuring provable cryptographic auditing. Due to the randomised nature of these goods and our strict anti-tampering protocols, they are subject to specific probabilistic rules and exemptions regarding statutory return rights.

1. Nature of Dynamically Generated Goods
- Unlike traditional pre-assembled mystery boxes, Glitch Guild Ltd mystery packs are dynamically generated at the exact moment of purchase.
- By purchasing a Mystery Pack, Value Bundle, or God Box, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a randomised assortment of trading cards drawn directly from our live retail inventory via an automated algorithmic system.
2. Provable Fairness and Cryptographic Auditing
- To guarantee absolute transparency and prevent manual tampering, the contents of every mystery pack are determined by a secure algorithmic roll.
- Immutable Ledger: Every pack generated creates a permanent cryptographic audit log. This system utilises hash chaining to mathematically prove that your pack's contents were determined fairly at the moment of purchase and were not altered by Glitch Guild Ltd staff.
- Structural Guarantees: Where a product includes a guaranteed specific pull (for example, a guaranteed Hot Pack within a 36-Pack God Box), this algorithmic override is transparently recorded within the pack's individual audit payload prior to hashing. This ensures the cryptographic chain remains unbroken while fulfilling our stated retail commitments.

3. Probabilities and Consumer Protections
- Stated Probabilities: All stated odds are global statistical probabilities governed by the algorithm.
- Auto-Kill Switch: To protect consumers, our system actively monitors the remaining Chase Card pool. If all premium Chase Cards in a specific series are depleted, the system will automatically lock the product, ensuring Glitch Guild Ltd never sells depleted packs with zero chance of a premium pull.
- Dynamic Distribution: The system employs automated thresholds to ensure Chase Cards are distributed fairly across the lifespan of a product run.
4. Secondary Market Condition Expectations
Because our algorithmic fulfilment pulls directly from our live retail inventory, cards may have been originally acquired via our buylist. While the vast majority of our inventory is Near Mint, you acknowledge that older or highly sought-after vintage cards may exhibit minor edge wear or surface imperfections consistent with their age.

5. Exemptions to Statutory Return Rights
- Due to the algorithmically generated and randomised nature of these goods, the 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase is immediately voided if the physical Mystery Pack is opened, tampered with, or if any Glitch Guild Ltd security seals are broken.
- We strictly reserve the right to reject returns and deny refunds for any mystery products that show evidence of mapping, weighing, or tampering upon return inspection.
