By accessing and using the Glitch Guild website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you must not use our service.

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Glitch Guild reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

On-Hand Inventory Only (No Pre-Orders): To ensure fair access and eliminate the risks associated with manufacturer allocations, Glitch Guild Ltd operates a strict no pre-order policy. We only list inventory that is physically on-hand in our facility and ready for immediate dispatch.

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your retail purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.
• Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned in their original, untampered condition. For sealed products, the factory shrink-wrap and seals must remain completely intact. Single cards must be returned in the exact condition they were dispatched.
• Return Postage: Unless the item received is faulty or not as described, the customer is fully responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We advise using a tracked service.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of Glitch Guild Ltd receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Glitch Guild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, products, or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

• Right to Disqualify: Glitch Guild reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participant at our sole discretion. This includes suspected cheating, collusion, multi-accounting (smurfing), or violating the one-entry-per-household rule. All admin rulings are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
• Event Modification: We reserve the right to delay, postpone, modify, or cancel any tournament at any time due to technical failures, insufficient players, or unforeseen circumstances, without liability.
• Prize Fulfilment: Physical prizes are subject to inventory availability. Glitch Guild reserves the right to substitute any physical prize with an item of equal or greater value, or equivalent Store Credit/REP.
• Prize Shipping Liability: Prizes are dispatched to the UK address registered on the user's account. Glitch Guild accepts no liability for prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

• Account Linking: By choosing to link your Discord account with Glitch Guild, you grant us permission to automatically add you to our official Discord server and assign you the appropriate community roles.
• Conduct: Your behaviour within our Discord server must adhere to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke Discord roles, remove you from the server, or terminate your Glitch Guild account for abusive behaviour or violation of these rules.
• Third-Party Terms: Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's platform availability or data practices.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
