Glitch Guild is an independent UK games and trading card store based in Kent. Built by active players and collectors, our mission is to eliminate secondary market scalping with our permanent RRP Ceiling, guarantee zero phantom stock, and deliver strict, hand-inspected condition grading.
Born from frustration
Glitch Guild started in Chislehurst, Kent, out of a shared frustration with how the UK card and tabletop market operates. We are players and collectors first, and we kept running into the same problems: sealed products marked up anywhere from 50% to 1000% above RRP, unpredictable condition grading, and pre-orders that got cancelled the moment demand spiked.
We decided to build the kind of shop we always wished existed. One that grades honestly, prices with integrity at the RRP ceiling, and never sells what it doesn't physically hold.

Our principles
Strict Dispatch Verification
Every single card undergoes a strict physical inspection before it's dispatched. If a card's condition slips below our Near Mint standard, we'll pause the order, send you photos of the exact card, and offer a discount or instant refund. No surprises.
Armour-Grade Packaging
We despise damaged mail as much as you do. Every single card is sleeved, top-loaded, and shipped in rigid, weather-resistant packaging. We over-engineer our parcels so your cards arrive exactly as they left our shelves.
Zero Phantom Stock
If you can add an item to your cart, it's physically sitting in our Kent warehouse. We strictly prohibit drop-shipping and we never pre-sell allocation we don't physically hold. If it's online, it's ready to ship.
Direct Accountability
You're not dealing with a faceless logistics corporation or an automated support desk. We're independent collectors, and we stake our personal reputation on every transaction. If there's an issue, you'll deal directly with us.
