A:No, you can't. This effect only activates on 1 of your opponent's Digimon. For the part of the effect after "then," you can also choose a Digimon other than the target Digimon for .

Q:When I use this card's [Main] effect to trash 2 cards in my hand, does activate twice or does activate once?

A:activates twice, doesn't activate once. Even if a Tamer card or Option card becomes the top card after trashing the top card, can trash a card regardless of its card category, therefore you go on to trash the 2nd card. However, if a card with an "isn't affected by effects" becomes the top card after the first , it won't be affected by the second and won't be trashed.
