The 2nd [All Turns] effect triggers immediately before this deletion, and you can interrupt and activate it. In addition, if a Digimon with 10000 DP or less was played by this effect, a rule check will occur again and that Digimon will be deleted. Once all of the rule checks are resolved, you then can activate this card's 1st [All Turns] effect.
