Created by Andrew Navaro and a team of veteran designers, you take on the role of a Ranger exploring a lush, post-collapse mountain valley where nature has reclaimed humanity's technological ruins. You build your Ranger from scratch, picking your background, specialty, and personality traits, then head out across a sprawling valley map where every single session represents a day on the trail.
What really makes the game sing is how dynamic the ecosystem feels. When you commit effort to traverse a rocky ridge or scout an ancient structure, you might disturb a herd of grazing wildlife, trigger sudden weather, or attract an apex predator, forcing you to adapt using clever tool use, stealth, or diplomacy rather than defaulting to brute force.
The Second Printing incorporates all initial card errata and comes with the revised, sturdier card dividers. Completely plastic-free and sustainably produced using FSC-certified paper and vegetable-based inks, it has a warm, tactile presence on the table that makes every session feel special.
